Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Text entered into a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Crockett County Court Docket does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When you email us, the message is kept as needed to respond. It is not shared outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files that help measure how the website is used, such as which pages receive visits and where sessions end. Analytics vendors may combine this information into traffic reports. You can block cookies in your browser, though doing so may change how some features work.
What We Do With This Data
Information collected from a visit may support the following operations:
- Routing a submitted search to the applicable partner
- Maintaining reliable and fast site performance
- Understanding which content visitors use
- Diagnosing security or technical faults

No Court-Record Data on File
Crockett County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case records. It publishes general information about finding records through Kim Kail, Circuit Court Clerk, the Circuit Court of Crockett County, the Clerk and Master, municipal clerks, and Tennessee Public Case History. Court access is governed by Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 34 and applicable Tennessee law, including the Tennessee Public Records Act, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 10-7-503 and 10-7-504. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party case files.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power search tools shown on the website. A query sent through a tool is governed by that provider's privacy terms, retention rules, and sharing practices. Those practices are not controlled by Crockett County Court Docket. Review the provider's policy before entering information.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Circuit Court of Crockett County, Tennessee courts, municipal offices, legal resources, or outside search services. Once you follow a link, the destination's privacy policy controls the visit. Read its terms before sharing personal information.
Advertising providers may use technology on their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. Their collection is separate from ours.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be available to:
- Search providers that process a query you submit
- Analytics vendors that measure performance and traffic
- Advertising networks that serve ads
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, standard safeguards are used for information under our control. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure. We work to reduce risk but cannot promise that unauthorized access or a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If we learn that a minor supplied such information, we will take steps to remove it.
Your Data Rights
Your rights depend on where you live and which privacy or consumer-protection law applies. Subject to the scope and exceptions of applicable law, you may be able to:
- Request access to personal information held about you
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Request deletion where the law provides that right
- Opt out of specified processing where applicable
Visitor-data rights are distinct from access to Tennessee court records. The Tennessee Public Records Act, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 10-7-503 and 10-7-504, Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 34, court orders, and confidentiality rules govern public-record access rather than personal data held by this private website.
